• Profile: WhatsApp number, city/location, skill level, equipment owned.
• Activity: games you host or join, bookings, cancellations, fines, ratings.
• Venue interactions: venues you book or visit through the platform.
• Technical: IP address and browser/user agent at the moment you accept consent.

Why we use it

• Operating the platform and matching players to games.
• Managing bookings, hosts, venues, and table assignments.
• Sending notifications about games, venues, and account activity.
• Administering cancellations, fines, and outstanding balances.
• Improving safety, moderating the community, and handling reports.

Sharing

Your name, skill level, and WhatsApp number are shared with hosts, confirmed players, and venues for games you join. We do not sell your data.

Storage

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure. Consent records are retained for the lifetime of your account and a reasonable period after for legal and audit purposes.

Your rights
